Worked in Production Infrastructure Maintenance and Enhancement for large-scale UK Telecom industry. Involved in writing Shell and Python Scripts to automate day-to-day tasks. Built Automation and Data analytic tools in Python to gain insight of transactions and to avert possible failure using Machine Learning. Other Responsibilities include writing, testing, enhancing and executing SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers and PL/SQL blocks on databases using SQL Server Management Studio 2014
